As the parent company of the three national companies in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, the service headquarters supports both the internal teams and our independent franchise partners in other markets.

Our service headquarters ensures that real estate agents in all countries receive optimal support – through professional tools, processes and personal support. For franchise partners, this means strong backing and comprehensive expertise in the background. And for employees, the headquarters offers an inspiring working environment in which innovation, team spirit and entrepreneurial thinking are lived out every day.

Business Development

Our Business Development department is responsible for the international development and structured rollout of the BETTERHOMES franchise system. As the central interface between the service centre and our master franchise partners, the team ensures smooth expansion and the successful introduction of our business model into new markets.

International expansion and strategic scaling

The BETTERHOMES system is specifically adapted to country-specific market conditions with the aim of sustainably anchoring our technology, processes, training and culture of success. Business Development coordinates the transfer of expertise, actively supports our partners in entering the market and ensures that all departments at headquarters are optimally networked with the international teams.

With a clear strategy, in-depth market knowledge and entrepreneurial vision, Business Development lays the foundation for sustainable growth and a strong, internationally networked BETTERHOMES community.

  • Structured development and support of the international franchise network
  • Adaptation and scaling of the BETTERHOMES business model to new markets

IT

Our IT department is the technological backbone of BETTERHOMES. It is responsible for the development, maintenance and strategic expansion of our proprietary systems, including our in-house brokerage software BETTERHOMES Betternet® and the customer and tipster portal MyBETTERHOMES®. These tools are central components of our hybrid brokerage model and enable efficient, scalable and digitally supported real estate agency services.

Our IT experts work closely with all departments to develop tailor-made solutions, automate processes and provide new functionalities. In addition to continuous updates, we attach particular importance to the stability, security and user-friendliness of our systems – both for internal teams and for our partners and end customers.

CRM (customer service & call centre)

Our CRM team is the first point of contact for prospective customers and real estate clients. In addition to providing personalised advice, the team focuses in particular on developing and managing outbound and inbound campaigns – both for BETTERHOMES and for our international master franchise partners.

Service-oriented communication

We provide support in designing and implementing targeted outbound campaigns to arrange appointments with potential sellers and landlords based on leads from BETTERHOMES Betternet®. At the same time, we provide strategic support in setting up and coaching external call centre structures for our master partners and ensure that incoming enquiries from inbound campaigns are handled professionally.
