Your role as a BETTERHOMES partner
Exclusive master partner (country licence)
You will be responsible for market development for BETTERHOMES in a country and will be in charge of expansion, network development and operational management.
Exclusive regional franchise partner (regional licence for a region in Austria or Germany)
You will take on the exclusive franchise licence for a federal state in Austria or Germany and establish BETTERHOMES in your region. You will use our efficient processes and digital tools to build a successful real estate agency business.

Requirements for our partners
Master partners (Singapore, Australia, Malaysia)
- Experience in setting up and managing companies or franchise systems
- Leadership qualities and entrepreneurial vision
- Financial stability for expansion and partner development
- Market knowledge and strategic thinking
Regional franchise partners (Austria and Germany)
- At least 5 years of experience as a real estate agent and necessary licences
- Entrepreneurial thinking and team-building skills
- High closing ability and sales orientation
- Financial resources for start-up costs
Financial requirements for regional franchise partners
- Minimum liquidity: EUR 150,000 (one-time entry fee and working capital for the start-up phase)
- Total investment: EUR 150,000–250,000 (depending on location, office/property costs and individual development)
The licence fee is based on an all-inclusive model
- Maximum reach and lead generation
- Automated placement of property listings on all relevant online platforms – for 100% online coverage.
- Exclusive seller and landlord leads are included in the BETTERHOMES Betternet® software for the contract area. These are not raw leads, but qualified contacts for whom appointments have already been made by our call centre.
- Proprietary technology platform: broker software, customer and tipster portal, and digital tools (already included, no additional costs)
- Training and support for franchise partners and brokers (comprehensive training package included)
- Strategic coaching and personal mentoring by a personal mentor for long-term success
