Philipp Pagani

As Chief Technology Officer and a member of the international executive board, Philipp Pagani is responsible for shaping the technological vision and global scaling strategy of BETTERHOMES. He drives the continuous development of the company’s proprietary PropTech platforms and ensures that technology and sales work seamlessly together – the foundation of the hybrid brokerage model that has made BETTERHOMES a pioneer in the industry since 2005.

Together with his team, Pagani builds scalable, future-oriented software solutions that accelerate BETTERHOMES’ international growth and secure its position as a leading PropTech brokerage company. Before being appointed CTO, he led the entire IT department as Head of IT and played a key role in transforming it from a regional infrastructure in the DACH region into an internationally oriented tech organisation.

Pagani started his career in software development and has always maintained a holistic perspective on IT. Through roles in implementing complex web applications and establishing company-wide quality standards, he evolved into a strategic technology leader. His expertise is rooted in a solid education in computer science and many years of experience in the IT industry.
